What is Relaxation Massage?

Relaxation massage, as the name suggests, serves as a way to allow you to achieve a higher level of relaxation. It is a whole-body treatment to help you relax. It is a massage that we all would like to indulge on. That soft music, aromatic massage oil and the gentle massaging is the best combination to chill out!

Why do Relaxation massage?

A relaxation massage will leave you feeling nourished and boosted. If you had a stressful day or a stressful period and you really would like some alone time to get some proper relaxation, relaxation massage is what you need!

What is Tuina Massage?

Tuina massage is one of the traditional Chinese therapeutic treatments. Tuina literally means “pinch and pull”. It is a form of massage that is usually not used for relaxation but to address specific pain areas or to maintain one’s health. It is effective in treating neck, shoulder and back pain, headaches, and it can also help reduce stress.

Why do Tuina Massage?

In today’s world, most of us are desk-bound for long hours without much physical movements, which in the long term creates discomfort and pain in the back, shoulder and neck. In addition to work stress, it becomes all too much for your body to handle. If this sounds like you, you may benefit from a Tuina Massage session.

How does it work?

If you believe Tuina massage is something that you can benefit from, we always recommend to book an initial session, where we assess your condition and also giving you the opportunity to get a first handed experience on this treatment. After the initial treatment, you can then decide whether or not to continue with follow up sessions.

What is Chair Massage?

Chair Massage, also known as Seated Massage, is a form of massage therapy that can be performed when you are fully clothed and seated. The massage chair in this case designed for you to rest with your head, arms and legs while sitting up straight.

Chair Massage is a very easy way to bring massage to a large group of people. It does not require disrobe, which results in shorter switching time between clients, allowing the massage therapist to conduct several sessions in a short period of time.

Why do Chair Massage?

Chair massage is popular at events such as conventions, conferences or any other events (e.g. charity events, coffee mornings, book clubs, ladies spa day, bachelorette party, etc.). It is also a great way for employers to provide additional benefits for employees by providing massage at work.

  • If you are an event organizer looking to provide event attendees with some relaxation, chair massage is the best option!
  • If you are an employer looking to increase productivity and company morale, chair massage is definitely something you should consider!

What is Foot Reflexology?

Some may think of Foot Reflexology as a foot massage but it is much more than that! Specific points on our feets corresponds to organs and areas of our body. When putting pressure on these specific reflex points, it induces healing responses. Besides the fact that is feels amazing, it is a great way to help promote flow of blood and nerve impulses, giving your body a healthy balance.

Why do Foot Reflexology?

Foot Reflexology cleanses the body away from toxins, it can help boost your immune system and your blood circulation. Its a great way to relax and getting your body a little fix at the same time.

What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is an ancient healing technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It involves insertion of thin needles through your skin at pivotal points on your body. It is a documented and approved technique used to treat a wide range of conditions.

Why do Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is usually not the first choice for most, it is usually the last resort to deal with problems that have not showed signs of improved even though you have tried everything. So if you have been suffering from health conditions that you can’t simply get rid off, we recommend you give acupuncture a try and see it for yourself.

How does it work?

Before proceeding with acupuncture treatments, we need to get an understanding your health condition and perform a physical examination of your problem area, in order to conclude on the right treatment. For some people, one session is all they needed while others need follow up sessions.

What is Cupping?

Cupping is a Chinese ancient healing system. It is a practice that involves placing a rounded cup to certain parts of your body to increase blood flow to that area.

The suction effect of the cups are created through heat. The cups are first heated using fire and then applied on the skin. The air inside the hot cups cools to create a vacuum that sucks the skin upwards.

Why do Cupping?

Usually Cupping is recommended as a complementary treatment to address pain and injuries. So if you have experienced pain or have suffered from sport injuries recently, we recommend to combine cupping together with other suitable treatments to holistically address the problem area.

What should you know about Cupping?

  • Pregnant women and people that bleed easily is not recommended to do Cupping
  • Cupping create red and other marks on the skin and it takes around 7-10 days for it to disappear
  • Cupping will create this feeling of tightness when the cup is placed on the skin but it is not painful
